Background
Richland School District Two is seeking quotes for the procurement of server racks to support their Information Technology (IT) infrastructure. The goal of this contract is to acquire six APC NetShelter SX Server Rack Gen 2 units, which will enhance the district's capacity for managing IT equipment efficiently.

The contractor will provide six (6) APC NetShelter SX Server Rack Gen 2 units with the following specifications:

- Dimensions: 1991H x 750W x 1200D mm
- Features include all steel construction, adjustable leveling feet, adjustable mounting rails, cable management, casters, perforated door, removable side panel, and a three-point locking system.
The package will also include baying hardware and keys. Unboxing of the product is not required upon delivery.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period begins upon award and delivery of the products by December 1, 2025.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a quote that includes all specifications listed under 'Specifications' and must provide a copy of their W9 form. Additionally, bidders are required to confirm they have not been disbarred or suspended from conducting business in South Carolina.
