Annual Generator Maintenance Program-TO

Background
Coastal Carolina University is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance, inspection, and emergency repair services for twenty-one (21) generators located on campus.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational reliability and safety of the generators through regular maintenance and prompt repairs as needed.

Each service will be provided annually for a total of five years, with pricing based on a unit price for one year multiplied by five to determine the total bid amount.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of five (5) years, with annual maintenance services provided each year.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Coastal Carolina University, located in Conway, South Carolina.
