Background
The State Fiscal Accountability Authority, on behalf of the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office (SCAG), is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding their ability to provide an AI solution aimed at enhancing prosecution and public lawyering strategies.

The SCAG faces challenges in managing increasing workloads and processing large volumes of digital information, necessitating innovative solutions to ensure fair and impartial justice. The goal is to leverage AI to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and expand capabilities in various areas including evidence analysis and predictive policing.

Work Details
The AI solution should address the following needs:
- Automate tasks such as evidence review, legal research, and administrative processes;
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns;
- Generate actionable insights for investigative efforts;
- Support complex investigations including Grand jury proceedings;
- Incorporate and normalize digital information;
- Provide natural language processing capabilities for content and keyword searching;
- Ensure robust security measures to protect confidential information from unauthorized access.

The tool should facilitate open-source intelligence and predictive policing.
