2026 Pre-Qualifying Roofing Contractors

Background
The School District of Greenville County (District) is seeking to establish a pre-qualified list of roofing contractors for future design-bid-build projects within Greenville County Schools. This initiative aims to streamline the procurement process for roofing services, ensuring that qualified contractors are available for upcoming projects.

Work Details
Contractors are required to submit qualifications to be included in a pre-qualified bidders list for roofing services. The services include providing roofing solutions as per the specifications outlined in the solicitation. Contractors must possess a South Carolina General Contracting license that meets or exceeds the bidding threshold required for future solicitations.

Additionally, contractors will need to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for each solicitation under this pre-qualified listing, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price.

Bidder Requirements
