URI - Full-Service Media Agency

Background
The University of Rhode Island (URI) is seeking proposals for a full-service media agency to support its communications and marketing department. The goal of this contract is to establish a partnership with an agency that can effectively manage URI's media needs, enhancing its outreach and engagement efforts.

Work Details
The selected vendor will serve as the full-service agency of record for URI, providing comprehensive media services. This includes:

- Strategic media planning and buying
- Creative development
- Digital marketing
- Social media management
- Public relations support
- Analytics reporting

The agency will be responsible for developing campaigns that align with URI's branding and communication goals while ensuring effective audience targeting and engagement.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will commence on January 1, 2025, for one year, with the possibility of renewal for up to two additional 12-month periods based on vendor performance and availability of funds.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at the University of Rhode Island's facilities located in Kingston, Rhode Island.
