Description

The University of Rhode Island is seeking a qualified engineering commissioning firm to provide Commissioning Services for URI Narragansett Bay Campus Renewal Improvements project, Phase 2.
Background
The University of Rhode Island (URI) is seeking a qualified engineering commissioning firm to provide Commissioning Services for the URI Narragansett Bay Campus Renewal Improvements project, Phase 2.
This initiative aims to enhance the facilities and infrastructure at the Narragansett Bay Campus, aligning with URI's mission to support education and research in marine and environmental sciences.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive commissioning services which include:
- 12 months of Commissioning Service Design Review Services
- 24 months of Commissioning Service Construction Phase Services
- 12 months of Commissioning Service Post-Construction/Warranty Phase Services.
All durations are approximate and may be adjusted with further refinement of project scope and schedule.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will begin approximately in June 2025 and will last for 48 months, with the possibility of renewal for an additional 12-month period based on vendor performance and availability of funds.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the University of Rhode Island's Narragansett Bay Campus located in Narragansett, Rhode Island.
