Description

The Rhode Island Convention Center Authority (the Authority ), is a public corporation of the State of Rhode Island, which, among other things, operates The Vets (formerly known as the Veterans Memorial Auditorium). The Vets is an auditorium located at One Avenue of the Arts in Providence, Rhode Island. The Authority is requesting proposals for the procurement of Audio equipment to update our existing system. II. SPECIFICATIONS This RFP is for the procurement of specific stage lighting equipment and power supplies as outlined in the RFP
Background
The Rhode Island Convention Center Authority (the 'Authority') is a public corporation of the State of Rhode Island, responsible for operating The Vets, an auditorium located at One Avenue of the Arts in Providence, Rhode Island. The Authority is seeking proposals for the procurement of stage lighting equipment to update its existing audio system.

Work Details
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is specifically for the procurement of stage lighting equipment and power supplies as outlined in the pricing sheet. The items to be provided include:

1. MA grandMA3 Light console (1 unit)
2. Chauvet Professional fixtures including:
- Maverick Force S Profile Moving LED Fixture (18 units)
- Chauvet R2X LED Moving Wash (18 units)
- Ovation Reve P-3 LED Full Color Static Wash Par (18 units)
- Ovation Reve E-3 LED Full Color Leko (16 units)
- Mega-Claw Truss Clamp for Moving Fixtures (36 units)
- C Clamp for LED Fixtures (34 units)
- Safety Cable (70 units)
3. Haze Machine: Antari HZ-1000 (1 unit)
4. Power & Cables including:
- Lex Products 200A Viceroy PowerRACK (1 unit)
- ETC R20AF Dual 20A Relay Module with Advanced Features (12 units)
- Various True1 Jumpers and DMX cables in specified lengths.

The equipment must be shipped directly to The VETS loading dock at 83 Park Street, Providence, RI 02903. Installation and programming will be handled by VETS staff; therefore, no installation or programming costs should be included in proposals.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by May 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at The VETS loading dock located at 83 Park Street, Providence, RI 02903.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations as stipulated by the Authority. They are required to provide proof of insurance coverage including general liability insurance, automobile liability insurance, and workers' compensation insurance as specified in the solicitation documents.
