Background
The Department of Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) in the State of Rhode Island is seeking to procure specialized consultation services aimed at expanding School Based Medicaid Services.
The goal is to enhance stakeholder engagement and provide technical subject matter expertise to improve the delivery and effectiveness of these services.

Work Details
The consultant will be responsible for providing specialized consultation services that include:
- Stakeholder engagement strategies to involve relevant parties in the expansion of School Based Medicaid Services.
- Technical subject matter expertise to guide the implementation and operationalization of these services effectively.
- Development of frameworks or methodologies that can be utilized by EOHHS to ensure successful service delivery.
- Ongoing support and recommendations based on best practices in Medicaid services within educational settings.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will commence approximately on January 1, 2025, for a duration of 12 months, with the possibility of renewal for up to two additional 12-month periods based on vendor performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Rhode Island, specifically involving collaboration with local schools and educational institutions as part of the School Based Medicaid Services initiative.
