Roof Replacement At 80 Fabien Street, Woonsocket Ri

Background
The Department of Administration, Division of Capitol Asset Management and Maintenance is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to replace the existing roof at a facility located at 80 Fabien Street, Woonsocket, RI in accordance with specifications and requirements.

Work Details
The work involves the roof replacement project per specifications. The vendor is required to furnish with their bid proposals either a bid bond from a surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Rhode Island or a certified check payable to the State of Rhode Island in the amount of five (5%) percent of the vendor’s cost proposal.
The successful bidder must furnish 100% payment and performance bonds from a surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Rhode Island prior to issuance of a purchase order.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will begin approximately on March 1, 2024, for approximately one year. Contracts may be renewed for an additional 6 months for project completion, based on vendor performance and the availability of funds.
