RISFD Digital Signage and Emergency Notification System

Background
The Rhode Island School for the Deaf (RISFD) is seeking proposals for the design, implementation, and support of a Digital Signage and Emergency Notification System. This system aims to enhance communication throughout the school, facilitating emergency notifications and custom messaging. It will also integrate with existing displays and network infrastructure.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following:
- Design of a Digital Signage and Emergency Notification System tailored to RISFD's needs.
- Implementation of the system including hardware and software installation.
- Ongoing support and maintenance of the system post-implementation.
- Integration with existing displays and network infrastructure to ensure seamless operation.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon issuance of a purchase order and will last for 90 days. There are potential renewals for additional 12-month periods based on vendor performance and availability of funds.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Rhode Island School for the Deaf located at 1 Corliss Park, Providence, RI 02908.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must register in Ocean State Procures™ to submit responses. They must comply with all licensing requirements applicable to the services described in this solicitation. Insurance requirements include:
- Liability insurance with a combined single limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence.
- Workers' compensation insurance as required by law.
- Automobile liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence. Vendors must also adhere to affirmative action policies as outlined in R.I. General Laws § 28-5.1-10.
