Background
The Rhode Island Convention Center Authority is a public corporation of the State of Rhode Island responsible for multiple buildings including the Rhode Island Convention Center (RICC), the Amica Mutual Pavilion (AMP), and the Veterans Auditorium (VETS). The Authority is seeking proposals from qualified signage firms for Design-Build Services for interior signage at the Convention Center's fifth floor and newly created third floor areas. Work Details
The selected signage firm will be responsible for:
- Conducting site visits to analyze existing building conditions.
- Developing at least three conceptual designs with associated budgets.
- Completing schematic design after a preferred option is selected.
- Providing a lump sum price for design, fabrication, installation, and closeout at the completion of schematic design.
- Ensuring compliance with signage codes and facilitating owner meetings to achieve a preferred solution.
