RIC AE Services for Whipple Hall Renovation (Cybersecurity)

Background
Rhode Island College is seeking a vendor for the design and renovation of Whipple Hall to support Cybersecurity and emerging technologies programs. The goal of this contract is to enhance the educational infrastructure to better serve these specialized fields.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing architectural and engineering services for the renovation of Whipple Hall. This includes but is not limited to: conducting assessments, developing design plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and collaborating with college stakeholders throughout the project.

The scope may also involve integrating advanced technology solutions to support cybersecurity education.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will begin in early 2025 and will last for approximately three (3) years, with the possibility of renewal for one additional 12-month period based on vendor performance and availability of funds.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Rhode Island College, located at 600 Mount Pleasant Ave, Providence, RI.
