The Office of Health and Human Services is seeking a qualified vendor to design, develop, deploy, and integrate the technical components for the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Transformation Project (MES Project). The integration platform serves as the foundation platform for the RI MES Transformation Project through which all future modules will communicate and integrate. Background
The Office of Health and Human Services in Rhode Island is seeking a qualified vendor to design, develop, deploy, and integrate the technical components for the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Transformation Project.

This project aims to create an integration platform that will serve as the foundation for future modules of the RI MES Transformation Project, ensuring effective communication and integration across all components.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for:
1. Designing and developing the technical components necessary for the Medicaid Enterprise System.
2. Deploying the integration platform that will facilitate communication between future modules.
3. Integrating various technical components to ensure seamless operation within the MES framework.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period is expected to begin in March 2025 and will last for three years, with potential renewals for up to four additional 24-month periods based on vendor performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
The contract work will primarily take place in Rhode Island.
