Description

The Employees' Retirement System of Rhode Island (ERSRI) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure the services of an Executive Search firm to conduct a comprehensive search for the organization's next Executive Director (ED). The ERSRI Retirement Board would like a timely recruitment and selection process
Background
The Employees’ Retirement System of Rhode Island (ERSRI) is seeking to procure the services of an Executive Search firm to assist in the recruitment of a new Executive Director (ED).

The goal of this contract is to ensure a comprehensive and timely search process for the organization’s leadership position, aligning with the mission of ERSRI to effectively manage retirement benefits for its members.
