Psap Video Wall

Background
The State of Rhode Island is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of a modern video wall system. The purpose of this contract is to enhance the capabilities of the Public Safety Department by providing a video wall that can control and display multiple signals in a customizable layout. This initiative aligns with the agency's mission to improve public safety operations through advanced technology.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for supplying a modern video wall along with all necessary hardware and software. The system must be capable of controlling and displaying a minimum of four (4) signals simultaneously in a customizable multi-viewable layout on a single screened video wall.

Delivery terms are Free On Board Destination to the DPS State Police Headquarters located at 311 Danielson Pike, North Scituate, RI 02857.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will commence approximately on July 1, 2025, for one year, with the possibility of renewal for an additional twelve-month period based on vendor performance and availability of funds.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the DPS State Police Headquarters located at 311 Danielson Pike, North Scituate, RI 02857.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must register in Ocean State Procures™ to submit responses. There are no specific set-aside certifications mentioned for this solicitation. However, vendors are encouraged to participate in programs supporting minority group members, women, veterans, and persons with disabilities.
