OER - Consulting Services to Develop the 2025 Climate Action Strategy

Background
The State of Rhode Island is seeking a consultant or team of consultants to assist with the development of the 2025 Climate Action Strategy and EPA Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) awarded to RIDEM. The initial contract period will begin approximately July 2024 and will continue through February 2026. The contract is subject to termination at any time, with a minimum of 30 days' notice, based on vendor performance. Contracts may be renewed for up to 1 additional 12-month period based on vendor performance and the availability of funds.

Work Details
The EC4 is seeking a consultant or team of consultants to assist with the development of the 2025 Climate Action Strategy and EPA Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) awarded to RIDEM. The consultant(s) will be responsible for developing the 2025 Climate Action Strategy in collaboration with the State of Rhode Island. The strategy should address key areas such as emissions reduction, renewable energy, transportation, and other relevant sectors.
Additionally, the consultant(s) will be required to provide support in securing and managing the EPA Climate Pollution Reduction Grant.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will begin approximately July 2024 and will continue through February 2026.
