MPA 584 Open Enrollment Engineering Services

Background
The Rhode Island Department of Administration/Division of Purchases is soliciting proposals for engineering services on behalf of all State agencies. This solicitation is an open enrollment and will be reviewed quarterly. The goal is to establish a list of qualified vendors for engineering services that can be utilized by various state agencies as needed.

Work Details
The contract will encompass a range of engineering services as specified in the solicitation. Vendors are expected to provide proposals that detail their capabilities and qualifications to deliver these services. The specific scope of work includes but is not limited to: conducting assessments, providing design services, project management, and other engineering-related tasks as required by state agencies.

Proposals must demonstrate the vendor's expertise and ability to meet the needs outlined in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will begin approximately on July 1, 2025, and will last for three years, ending on June 30, 2027. Contracts may be renewed for up to two additional 12-month periods based on vendor performance and availability of funds.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the State of Rhode Island, with specific locations determined by the needs of the various state agencies utilizing the engineering services.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must register in Ocean State Procures™ to submit proposals. They are required to comply with all licensing and insurance requirements as specified in the solicitation. Additionally, vendors must adhere to affirmative action policies and ensure equal employment opportunities without discrimination.
