MPA 563 OE Passenger Vehicles including Law Enforcement

Background
MPA 563 Open Enrollment can be used for the purchase of Passenger Type Vehicles and Law Enforcement Vehicles. The State of Rhode Island is issuing this solicitation to establish a list of qualified vendors for a Master Price Agreement (MPA) for the purchase of passenger vehicles and law enforcement vehicles. The initial contract period will begin approximately on February 01, 2024, for three (3) years, with the possibility of renewal for up to two (2) additional 12-month periods based on vendor performance and fund availability.

Work Details
The solicitation requires vendors to register in Ocean State Procures™ to submit solicitation responses and receive any potential solicitation award. Vendors must submit their proposals electronically in Ocean State Procures™ before the specified due date and time.

The solicitation includes detailed specifications for the required insurance coverage, including liability, workers compensation, automobile liability, crime, professional services, environmental/pollution liability, working with children/elderly/disabled persons, information technology/cyber/privacy, and other specified insurance types. Vendors are also required to comply with affirmative action requirements as mandated by R.I. General Laws § 28-5.1-10.
