Mpa 532 Oe Moving Services

Background
The State of Rhode Island is issuing this solicitation for MPA 532 Open Enrollment for Moving Services. The purpose of this contract is to provide moving services that include, but are not limited to, commercial office relocations, household and residential relocations, library moves, storage services, and any other related services. This initiative aims to establish a list of qualified vendors who can meet the needs of various state agencies and political subdivisions.

Work Details
The services required under this contract include:
- Commercial Office Relocations
- Household/Residential Relocations
- Library Moves
- Storage Services
- Any other related moving services as needed.

The selected vendors will be expected to provide these services on an as-needed basis without any guarantee of business volume.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will begin approximately on July 1, 2025, and will end on October 31, 2026. There are no renewal options available for this open enrollment period.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for the performance of this contract will be within the State of Rhode Island.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must register in Ocean State Procures™ to submit responses and receive potential awards. Vendors must comply with all licensing requirements necessary for the services described in this solicitation. Insurance requirements include:
- Liability insurance with a combined single limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence.
- Workers compensation insurance with coverage of $100,000 per accident.
- Automobile liability insurance with a limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence.

Vendors must also comply with affirmative action policies and submit an MBE Participation Acknowledgment Form as part of their proposal.
