Background
The State of Rhode Island is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to be listed on MPA 296 for Unarmed Security Guard Services. Work Details
The contract involves providing unarmed security guard services across various state facilities. Vendors must demonstrate their capability to deliver these services effectively. Period of Performance
The contract period will commence on April 20, 2026, and conclude on March 30, 2029. There is an option for renewal for up to two additional 12-month periods based on vendor performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various state facilities throughout Rhode Island as designated by the State of Rhode Island.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must register in Ocean State Procures™ to submit proposals. They are required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including maintaining necessary licenses and insurance coverage throughout the contract term. Additionally, vendors must complete an MBE Participation Acknowledgment Form as part of their proposal submission.
