Hot Patch And Cold Patch

Background
The Town of Coventry, through its Department of Public Works, is seeking bids for the supply of hot patch and cold patch materials.
The goal of this contract is to procure asphaltic concrete pavement materials that meet the Rhode Island Department of Transportation standards for road and bridge construction.
This procurement is essential for maintaining and repairing local roadways.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following materials:
1. Asphaltic Concrete Pavement (Hot Patch) - to conform to Rhode Island Department of Transportation standards.
2. Cold Patch - must be clean, free of clumps, and in a pliable workable state when picked up at the plant.
3. Specific products include:
- QPR 2000
- QPM
- UPM
Prices must be quoted per ton at the plant for each material listed above.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from July 2025 through June 2026, with an option to extend for an additional year until June 2027.

Place of Performance
Materials will be delivered to Coventry, Rhode Island.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable laws of the United States, the State of Rhode Island, and local ordinances.
Bids should reflect any discounts and be quoted FOB Coventry, Rhode Island.
Bidders are required to submit a full descriptive brochure detailing the materials being bid.
