Background
The Rhode Island State Police (RISP) is seeking to procure twenty-five (25) Ford vehicles across various specified models. The goal of this contract is to enhance the fleet capabilities of the RISP, ensuring that all vehicles meet specific operational requirements and are delivered in a timely manner.

Work Details
Vendors are required to provide per-vehicle pricing for the following:

1. Twelve (12) New 2026 Ford Police Interceptor Utility Patrol vehicles, with specific color and equipment requirements.

2. Six (6) New 2026 Ford Police Interceptor Utility Command Admin vehicles, with designated colors and features.

3. Seven (7) New 2026 Ford F150 vehicles, including three (3) for K9 units and four (4) for Detective Administration. Each vehicle must meet detailed specifications regarding color, engine type, interior features, and delivery instructions.

All vehicles must comply with the detailed specifications outlined in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence approximately on January 30, 2026, for a period of one year, with potential renewal for an additional twelve-month period based on vendor performance and availability of funds.

Place of Performance
Delivery of the vehicles will occur at designated local upfitters identified within each vehicle specification in Rhode Island.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must register in Ocean State Procures™ to submit responses. Insurance coverage is required including liability insurance ($1 million), workers compensation ($100,000), and automobile liability ($1 million). Vendors must also provide specifications with their bid proposals.
