Background
The State of Rhode Island, through the Department of Administration (DOA), is seeking a vendor to conduct an onsite verification of state-owned fixed assets. This initiative aims to ensure accurate tracking and management of state assets, which is critical for effective governance and resource allocation.

Work Details
The vendor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Physically identifying state-owned fixed assets located at various sites across Rhode Island.

2. Electronically recording the identified assets in a comprehensive database.

3. Performing a reconciliation of asset data to ensure accuracy and completeness. This includes comparing physical counts with existing records and resolving any discrepancies found during the verification process.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on approximately May 1, 2025, for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of renewal for an additional 12-month period based on vendor performance and availability of funds.
