DOA Human Resources Support for Current Operations and ERP Project

Background
The Department of Administration of the State of Rhode Island is seeking a team of two management professionals to assist with managing day-to-day operations within the Division of Human Resources. They will also aid in the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The goal is to provide advisory support to department leadership on critical decisions related to the future operations of the Division following the ERP implementation.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide management support for daily operations and assist in the ERP system implementation. This includes advising on critical decisions affecting future operations, ensuring that the transition to the new ERP system is smooth and effective.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will begin approximately on May 14, 2025, for three months. There are potential renewals for up to two additional three-month periods based on vendor performance and availability of funds.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at locations designated by the Department of Administration in Rhode Island.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered in Ocean State Procures™ and comply with all applicable laws. They are required to submit an Affirmative Action Policy Statement if they do more than $10,000 in government business in one year. Insurance requirements include liability coverage, workers' compensation, and professional liability among others.
