DLT - Workforce and Regulation Safety and Certified Payroll

Background
The Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training (DLT) is seeking proposals to modernize and automate the functions of the Workforce Regulation and Safety (WRS) unit.
The goal is to implement a highly configurable Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that enhances operational efficiency.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision of a SaaS solution that will automate the functions of the WRS unit.
Specific services include system implementation, ongoing maintenance, and support for the software solution.
The vendor must ensure that the solution meets all regulatory requirements and integrates seamlessly with existing systems.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period includes implementation and maintenance starting approximately in January 2025 for five (5) years, with options for renewal for up to three (3) additional 12-month periods based on vendor performance and availability of funds.

The services will be performed at the Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training located at One Capitol Hill, Providence, RI 02908.
