DLT Payroll Services for Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP)

Background
The Department of Labor and Training is looking to acquire a firm to provide payroll services for customers participating in the Senior Community Service Employment Program. The initial contract period will begin approximately July 1st, 2024 for two years. Contracts may be renewed for up to two additional 12-month periods based on vendor performance and the availability of funds.

Work Details
The vendor is required to provide payroll services for customers participating in the Senior Community Service Employment Program. The proposal should include a Technical Proposal, Cost Proposal, ISBE Proposal, and Supplemental Bidder Attestation Form.
The Technical Proposal should describe the qualifications and background of the vendor and experience with similar projects.
The Cost Proposal should reflect the hourly rate or other fee structure proposed to complete all requirements of this project.
The ISBE Proposal should include a proposed ISBE Participation Rate submitted via sealed electronic submission at the time of submitting the proposed total contract price.
Vendors are also required to complete, sign, and upload an MBE, WBE and/or Disability Business Enterprise Participation Plan form for each subcontractor/vendor to be utilized on the solicitation.
