Design Agent Services: The Ri State House Windows Restoration Project.

Background
The Division of Capitol Asset Management and Maintenance of the State of Rhode Island is seeking design services for the phased restoration of all windows at the Rhode Island State House, located at 82 Smith Street, Providence, RI 02908.
The goal of this project is to ensure the preservation and restoration of the historical windows of this significant state building.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive design agent services for the window restoration project. This includes assessing the current condition of all windows, developing restoration plans, and ensuring compliance with historical preservation standards.
The contractor will also be responsible for coordinating with state officials and other stakeholders throughout the project.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence approximately in December 2025 and is expected to last for four (4) years, with potential renewal for one (1) additional year based on performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at the Rhode Island State House located at 82 Smith Street, Providence, RI 02908.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must possess all necessary licenses required by applicable federal, state, and local laws to perform the work outlined in this solicitation.
Additionally, vendors are encouraged to demonstrate participation from Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), Women Business Enterprises (WBEs), and Disability Business Enterprises (DisBEs) as part of their proposal.
