DEM OPM New Boardwalk and Bulkhead Roger Wheeler State Beach

Background
The solicitation is for Owner’s Representative Services (OPM) for construction of the Roger Wheeler State Beach Boardwalk and Bulkhead in Narragansett, RI. The contract is issued by the State of Rhode Island.

Work Details
The initial contract period will begin approximately September 2024 for 3 years. Contracts may be renewed for up to 1 additional 12-month period based on vendor performance and the availability of funds.
The solicitation requires vendors to submit proposals electronically in Ocean State Procures™ before the specified date and time. The proposal must include a Technical Proposal, Cost Proposal, ISBE Proposal, and Supplemental Bidder Attestation Form. The Technical Proposal should describe the qualifications and background of the vendor, experience with similar projects, and all information described in the solicitation.
The Cost Proposal should reflect the hourly rate or other fee structure proposed to complete all requirements of this project. Vendors are also required to submit an ISBE Participation Plan.

Period of Performance
