The State of Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management - Office of Land Revitalization and Sustainable Materials Management (LRSMM) is in need of complete and accurate digitization of office records. The goal of the contract is to include document preparation, image capture, image quality control, image conversion, index capture, data file output, method of storage options, physical file transport, and project management.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will begin approximately in August 2024 for 6 months. Contracts may be renewed for up to 2 additional 12-month periods based on vendor performance and the availability of funds.
