Description

The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management is seeking quotes from vendor for the maintenance of the heating, air conditioning & ventilating systems including the sewer grinder pump system at the Blackstone River State Park Visitor Center. There will be a non-mandatory prebid conference on Tuesday February 13, 2024 at 9:30 am at the Blackstone Valley Visitor Center located off I-295, Lincoln, RI. The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management is seeking quotes from vendors for the maintenance of the heating, air conditioning & ventilating systems including the sewer grinder pump system at the Blackstone River State Park Visitor Center. There will be a non-mandatory prebid conference on Tuesday February 27, 2024 at 9:30 am at the Blackstone Valley Visitor Center located off I-295, Lincoln, RI.

Work Details
The contract involves quarterly inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems and sewer pump systems for fiscal years 2024 to 2029. It also includes hourly rates for service or repairs outside of required inspections and maintenance during business hours, as well as overtime hourly rates for such services. Vendors are required to comply with all licensing and insurance requirements during the contract term.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will begin approximately April 1st, 2024 for five (5) years with no renewal options.
