DCAMM OPM RISH HVAC Efficiency and Modernization Project

Background
The Department of Administration / Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance, in collaboration with the Historical Preservation and Heritage Commission and the Rhode Island State House and Restoration Committee, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Owners Program Management Services.
This initiative focuses on the renovation and modernization of the existing HVAC system within the Rhode Island State House.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive Owners Program Management Services for the HVAC Efficiency and Modernization Project.
This includes overseeing the renovation and modernization efforts of the existing HVAC system, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, managing project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance measures.
The contractor must demonstrate experience in similar projects and provide a detailed plan outlining their approach to managing this project effectively.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period is expected to commence in May 2026 and will continue for approximately four years until final completion or conclusion of services.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Rhode Island State House located in Providence, Rhode Island.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must register in Ocean State Procures™ to submit proposals.
They are required to comply with all licensing and state permit requirements necessary for the services described.
Additionally, vendors must demonstrate their commitment to including minority-owned (MBE) or women-owned (WBE) businesses in their proposals as part of their ISBE participation plan.
