Crisis Care Continuum Software Technology - BHDDH

Background
The Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals (BHDDH) in the State of Rhode Island is seeking a web-based commercial solution for crisis management.

The goal of this initiative is to address the disparity in technology for behavioral health and to enhance accessibility to behavioral health crisis intervention services. This will be achieved through the implementation of additional programs and information technology that will create a comprehensive and streamlined unified system of care.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a web-based software solution that is configurable to specific provider workflows based on BHDDH's requirements.

The software must support crisis management processes and improve access to behavioral health services. The proposal should include details on how the software meets these requirements, including relevant features, functionalities, and integration capabilities with existing systems.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will begin approximately in January 2025, with an implementation period lasting up to two years. This will be followed by a three-year maintenance and operation support period. Contracts may be renewed for up to two additional 12-month periods based on vendor performance and availability of funds.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at BHDDH Integrated Mental Health Services located at 14 Harrington Road - Barry Hall, Cranston, RI 02920.
