Background
The Community College Of Rhode Island (CCRI) is seeking a vendor for the removal and replacement of existing horizontal and vertical expansion joint materials within the knight campus as indicated in the contract documents. The solicitation is issued by the State of Rhode Island.

Work Details
The work involves the removal and replacement of existing horizontal and vertical expansion joint materials within the knight campus as indicated in the contract documents. The pre-bid conference is scheduled for Friday, May 3, 2024, at Knight Campus, Warwick, RI.
The contract term is one year with the start of construction on July 1, 2024, substantial completion within six months starting July 1, 2024, and final completion two weeks after substantial completion. The vendor must furnish a bid bond or a certified check and must also provide 100% payment and performance bonds from a surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Rhode Island prior to issuance of a purchase order.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will begin approximately upon issuance of CCRI purchase order for one year. Contracts may be renewed for up to one additional 12-month period based on vendor performance and availability of funds. Start of construction is scheduled for July 1, 2024.

The work will be performed at Knight Campus, Warwick, RI.
