CCRI Applicant Tracking System

Background
The Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
The goal of this contract is to enhance the efficiency and equity of CCRI's recruitment processes, aligning with the institution's mission to support educational access and workforce development in Rhode Island.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive Applicant Tracking System that meets CCRI's recruitment needs.
Specific requirements include:
- A user-friendly interface for both applicants and administrators.
- Integration capabilities with existing systems used by CCRI.
- Features that support equitable hiring practices, including tools for tracking diversity metrics.
- Reporting functionalities to analyze recruitment data effectively.
- Ongoing technical support and system maintenance post-implementation.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will commence approximately on July 1, 2025, lasting for 12 months.
There is an option for renewal for up to five additional 12-month periods based on vendor performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Community College of Rhode Island locations, primarily in Providence, RI.
