(YSP) LEAP C2L Summer TLA's Program JUNE 29TH -30TH 2026

Background
The City of Philadelphia, through the Free Library of Philadelphia, is issuing a micro purchase solicitation for catering services for the LEAP C2L Summer TLA's Employment Program.
The goal is to provide meals for approximately 100 teens attending the program on June 29th and 30th, 2026.
The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering and setting up food at the Parkway Central Library.

Work Details
The vendor must provide catering services including:
- Delivery and set-up of all food no later than 45 minutes prior to the event.
- Ensuring all food is hot and ready for service.
- The unit price must include all delivery costs.
- Provision of all necessary service items such as plates, cups, eating utensils, napkins, condiments, racks, and heating fuel.

Menu Requirements:
- 25 large pizzas: 10 boxes Cheese, 8 boxes Beef Pepperoni, 3 boxes Grilled Chicken, 2 boxes Veggies, and 2 boxes Vegan (quantities for 1.5 servings per person).
- Two Large Garden Salads with side dressings: Creamy Italian, Ranch, Italian, Thousand Island (quantities for 1.5 servings per person).

Period of Performance
Services are to be performed on June 29th and 30th, 2026.

Place of Performance
Catering services will be performed at Parkway Central Library located at 1901 Vine St., Philadelphia, PA 19103.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must operate from licensed commercial facilities (no home preparation).
Additionally, vendors must submit item specifications with their bids; pricing must remain firm throughout the hold period.
