(YSP) LEAP C2L Summer TLA's Program

Background
The City of Philadelphia, through the Free Library of Philadelphia, is seeking vendors to provide catering services for the LEAP C2L Summer TLA's Summer Employment Program. The program aims to support approximately 100 teens with summer employment opportunities. The contract is part of a micro purchase initiative and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

Work Details
The vendor will provide catering services for an estimated 100 attendees at the Parkway Central Library, located at 1901 Vine St., Philadelphia, PA 19103. The specific requirements include:
- Delivery and setup of food no later than 45 minutes prior to the event.
- Ensuring all food is hot and ready for service.
- The unit price must include all delivery costs.
- Providing all necessary service items such as plates, cups, eating utensils, napkins, condiments, racks, and heating fuel.

Menu Requirements:
- Main Menu: 25 large pizzas (10 cheese, 8 beef pepperoni, 3 grilled chicken, 2 veggie, and 2 vegan).
- No pork or pork by-products are allowed in any food items.
- Two large garden salads with side dressings (Creamy Italian, Ranch, Italian, Thousand Island). Quantities should be calculated for 1.5 servings per person.

Period of Performance
The contract will cover specific dates on Fridays: June 29th & 30th; July 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st; August 7th & 14th. All deliveries must be made by 11:45 AM on these days.

Place of Performance
Catering services will be performed at the Parkway Central Library located at 1901 Vine St., Skyline Room, Philadelphia PA 19103.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must operate from licensed commercial facilities (no home preparation). Additionally, vendors are required to submit item specifications with their bids. Pricing must remain firm throughout the hold period.
