The contract involves providing comprehensive Prevention and Student Assistance Program services, including:
- Coordination of Prevention, SAP, and Intervention services across designated school districts.

- Delivery of behavioral health screenings, connections to in-school supports, short-term individual support, parent/teacher consultations related to behavioral health issues, and psychoeducational groups.

- For Cluster 2: Services for districts including North Penn and Abington with similar programmatic requirements.
