Wright Township Municipal Building Roof Replacement

The project involves the complete replacement of all roof coverings on the existing Wright Township Municipal Building. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, providing all necessary labor, materials, tools, oversight, and permits required for the roof replacement. The successful contractor will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the roof covering replacement are completed in accordance with project specifications and applicable regulations. This solicitation is issued by Wright Township Municipality. The contract is being solicited to address the need for new roof coverings on the Wright Township Municipal Building. This project is part of the Township's ongoing efforts to maintain and improve its municipal facilities. Contract requirements specify that all bids must be submitted online via the PennBid Program (http://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by 2:00 PM prevailing time on Tuesday, October 7th, 2025. All bidding documents will be available online at no cost through PennBid beginning at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 17th, 2025. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount, in accordance with project specifications. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract value, as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this project. Immediately after the bid due date and time, all bids submitted through PennBid will be opened online at the Engineer's Office and then referred to Wright Township for final award. An abstract of the bids received will be made available to bidders on PennBid following the bid due date and time. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025, at the Wright Township Municipal Building, located at 321 S Mountain Blvd, Mountain Top, PA 18707. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend this meeting. Questions regarding the project may be submitted through PennBid's Messages/Public Q&A tab until 4:00 PM on Friday, September 26th. Responses to all questions will be provided via PennBid to all registered parties. Wright Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof, to waive any informalities in bidding, and to withhold award for a period as deemed necessary.
