Background
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, through the Department of General Services (DGS), is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to secure multiple award contracts for uniforms and footwear. The goal is to establish best value contracts with suppliers who can offer the largest discount off the retail price for specific manufacturers' brands as outlined in the bid documents.

Work Details
Suppliers are required to provide uniforms and footwear under three product categories: 'Uniforms,' 'Footwear,' and 'Law Enforcement Uniforms & Footwear.'

The specific brands solicited include Gildan, Hanes, and Horace Small. Suppliers must submit an authorization letter from the manufacturer confirming their ability to sell these brands to the Commonwealth along with their electronic bid submission.

Period of Performance
The contract will be established for a period as specified in the IFB, typically including options for renewal or extension as detailed in the contract terms.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to locations specified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as part of the contract requirements.

Bidder Requirements
