Thermographed Business Cards And Gold Seal Stationary

Background
The City of Philadelphia is seeking to award a contract for Thermographed Business Cards, Letterhead, Stationery, Envelopes, and Invitations for various City agencies and departments. This initiative is part of the City's commitment to provide necessary materials for its operations while adhering to the principles of equal opportunity and non-discrimination as outlined in Executive Order No. 01-21.

Work Details
The successful seller will provide the following items: Thermographed Business Cards, Letterhead Stationery, Envelopes, and Invitations. All items must be printed on one side using recycled materials. Specific requirements include:

- Delivery of Recycled Thermographed Business Cards within seven (7) working days from receipt of order;
- Delivery of Recycled Stationery (including letterhead, envelopes, and invitations) within five (5) working days;
- All items must be F.O.B. destination and delivered inside to specified addresses;
- Packaging must clearly indicate quantity and include agency/department and purchase order number;
- The seller may need to provide samples upon request;
- Gold Seal Dies will be provided by the City for use in production;
- The seller is responsible for any overruns during the contract period.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will last for an initial term of twelve (12) months, with options to renew for up to four (4) additional one-year periods at the City's discretion.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the City of Philadelphia as specified in individual purchase orders issued by City agencies/departments.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with the City's Anti-Discrimination Policy under Executive Order 01-21. They are encouraged to make Best and Good Faith Efforts to include Minority (MBE), Woman (WBE), or Disabled (DSBE) Owned Business Enterprises in their proposals. Bidders must also submit a non-refundable Annual Bid Security Program fee of $100 and a Bid Processing Fee of $25. Additionally, bidders must be registered with PHLContracts and provide evidence of their qualifications including references pertinent to the services requested.
