Background
The Southeast Psychiatric Treatment Center project is being issued by the Department of General Services as a standard low bid project.

- Flooring (Estimated Range: $3,000,000 - $4,000,000)
- HVAC (Estimated Range: $50,000,000 - $51,000,000)
- Sheet Metal (Estimated Range: $26,000,000 - $27,000,000)
- Plumbing (Estimated Range: $22,000,000 - $23,000,000)
- Electrical (Estimated Range: $61,000,000 - $62,000,000)
- Site Electrical (Estimated Range: $10,000,000 - $11,000,000)
- Fire Protection (Estimated Range: $6,000,000 - $7,000,000)
- Elevator (Estimated Range: $2,000,000 - $3,000,000).
Liquidated damages are specified for delays in various categories of work ranging from $1.50 to $13.00 per day depending on the specific construction area.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by June 30th 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Norristown State Hospital located at 1501 Sterigere Street West Norriton PA 19403.

All proposers must be registered to view/download Plans and Specifications and must have a Current Active Vendor Number. Compliance with the Capital Programs Employment Verification Act and Executive Order on Worker Protection is also required.
