Sanitary Sewer System Televising (2026)

Background
The Easttown Municipal Authority (EMA) is soliciting bids for the Sanitary Sewer System Televising project. The EMA's mission is to maintain and improve the sanitary sewer system within Easttown Township, ensuring public health and safety.

The goal of this contract is to conduct thorough inspections and necessary maintenance of the sewer system to prevent issues and ensure efficient operation.

Work Details
The contract involves cleaning and televising 8”, 10”, and 12” sanitary sewer mains. Specific tasks include:
- Controlling traffic
- Disposing of materials from cleaning and televising
- Air testing of sewer main joints
- Chemical grouting of joints
- Installing cured-in-place (CIP) pipe repair sleeves
- Televising laterals that connect to the sewer main.

All work will be performed on an as-needed basis as specified in the bid documents.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on June 1, 2026, and terminate on May 31, 2028. There is an option for three one-year extensions at the discretion of the EMA.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within Easttown Township, Pennsylvania.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a bid bond of ten percent (10%) of the bid price for the contract term. They are required to have a performance bond for the initial term and any renewal terms. Bidders must also provide proof of insurance covering general liability, automotive liability, and umbrella excess liability with specified minimum coverage amounts. Additionally, bidders must complete a Non-Discrimination Affidavit and an Affidavit of Non-Collusion.
