RFQ for Janitorial Supply Products

Background
The County of Lycoming, through its Purchasing Department, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) on behalf of the Lycoming County Board of Commissioners.

The purpose of this RFQ is to procure janitorial supply products to support various County departments. The County aims to select multiple bidders to ensure a competitive procurement process that meets its needs effectively and economically.

Work Details
Bidders are required to provide written price quotations for janitorial supply products.

The supplies will be purchased by each County Department from the lowest responsible bidder(s) who meet all terms, conditions, and specifications. Bidders must provide firm pricing for products they can commit to, while other pricing should be stated as 'UPON REQUEST'. All quotes must include charges for packing, delivery, fuel, etc.

Deliveries shall be made within one week of ordering to multiple locations within Lycoming County. The successful bidder must also comply with security regulations when delivering goods to the County's facilities.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
Delivery locations include various facilities within Lycoming County such as the Lycoming County Courthouse, Executive Plaza, Third Street Plaza & Warehouse Supplies, and others located in Williamsport and Montgomery, PA.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must certify that they are not debarred or suspended from federal or state contracts. They must also comply with any local requirements and security regulations when entering County facilities.

Bidders are encouraged to submit equivalent products if brand names are specified but must include descriptive literature or samples.
