Renovations for New 16-Bed Mollie Woods Psychiatric Hospital

The work requested under this solicitation involves renovations for the new 16-bed Mollie Woods Psychiatric Hospital. The scope of work includes all tasks outlined in the architectural and MPE (Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical) drawings and specifications. Contractors are expected to:

• Fully review and understand all provided drawings and specifications
• Visit the project site to assess existing conditions and limitations
• Include all required work items in their bid, as no additional compensation will be provided for items not accounted for

This project is being requested by Woods Services, located at 40 Martin Gross Drive, Langhorne, PA 19047.

The background for this contract is the planned renovation of the Heatherwood Residence Building to establish the new Mollie Woods Psychiatric Hospital, as designed by CHARLES CROSS ARCHITECTURE, P.C.

Contract requirements include:

• Compliance with prevailing wage regulations
• Submission of certified payroll with each payment application
• Mandatory attendance at the pre-bid conference on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at the Building Site (Heatherwood Residence Building 20 Meadowbrook Drive). • Responses to inquiries will be provided as written Addenda, issued to all bidders via Public Notice and posted on PennBid.
• Bidders must register with PennBid and download the project documents to receive all updates and Addenda.
