Notice is provided by the Township Secretary that sealed proposals will be received by the Township of Lower Merion for the following: Reconstruction of Wynnewood Valley Park Basketball Court Contract Number: 25-19-4459 General Construction Sealed proposals shall be submitted online via the Pennbid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Proposals will be received until 11 am, prevailing time, September 11, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section of the Bid Document. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required.
