Description

This solicitation is for Pre-qualification Only. Approved Sellers will receive notice and will be invited to the closed bid solicitation. Est. range between $3,000,000.00 - $4,000,000.00.
Background
The City of Philadelphia's Department of Aviation is issuing this solicitation for the Telecom Room HVAC Upgrades - Phase 2 project at the Philadelphia International Airport. The goal of this contract is to upgrade the HVAC systems in telecom rooms, ensuring efficient climate control for sensitive equipment.

The estimated budget for this mechanical work ranges between $3,000,000.00 and $4,000,000.00.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1) Demolishing existing HVAC equipment;
2) Installing new hydronic and/or DX computer room air conditioners;
