Background
The City of Philadelphia's Department of Public Property is issuing a solicitation for a General Construction Requirements Contract, designated as Bid No. 4718GCON, for various construction projects across city facilities.

The contract aims to address emergency or time-sensitive construction needs and is estimated to exceed $3,000,000. This contract is intended for approved sellers only, and prequalification is required.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing general construction work which may include repairs and installations at various city facilities on an as-needed basis.
