Furnish all labor, equipment, and material to perform lawn care maintenance at the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) Regional Laboratory facility located at 425 Willow Crossing Road, Greensburg, PA 15601.Questions must be submitted in writing to RA-SPPSPBIDS@PA.GOV no later than March 4, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.All bids must be submitted through the PA supplier portal at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.usOfferors must complete the cost matrix provided in its entirety and upload with bid submission. Proof of Visit form provided must be signed by the Station Commander or authorized representative and the vendor and uploaded with bid submission. Worker Protection and Investment form (BOP-2201) provided must be completed by an authorized vendor representative and uploaded with bid submission. Current PA small business certification must be uploaded with bid submission. Current proof of insurance listing PSP as certificate holder and including language as additional insured must be uploaded with bid submission.ONLY ELECTRONIC BID RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SUBMISSION. Background
The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure lawn care maintenance services for the Greensburg Regional Laboratory. The goal of the contract is to ensure that the facility's grounds are maintained in a professional manner, supporting the agency's mission of public safety and law enforcement.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for routine lawn care maintenance at the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Forensics, Greensburg Regional Laboratory located at 425 Willow Crossing Road, Greensburg, PA 15601. The specific services include:

1. Mowing: Four times per month starting in April, with weekly cuts on a mutually agreed day. If a week is missed, clippings must be bagged during the next cut. This includes weed whacking around walkways, parking lots, buildings, signs, and the impound lot with each cut. Additionally, mowing/weed whacking of the hillside behind the station will occur once per month.

2. Shrubbery: Trimming of all shrubs/trees/landscaping will be performed in May and September, including removal of clippings.

3. Weed Control: To be performed once per month during the cutting season, which includes spraying weed killer and pulling weeds from rock beds/landscaping as well as inside the impound lot.

The vendor must supply all necessary equipment to perform these services and remove all clippings and debris from the premises. Special attention should be taken to ensure that cut grass does not blow onto State Police or personal vehicles.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon issuance of a valid purchase order and includes four optional one-year renewals.

Services will be performed at the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Forensics located at 425 Willow Crossing Road, Greensburg, PA 15601.
