Background
The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure Academy Rifles as defined in the attached specifications document. The firearms must be delivered fully factory assembled and duty ready within 90 days after receipt of the notice to proceed and fully executed purchase order.

The period of performance for this contract is expected to be within 90 days after receipt of the notice to proceed and fully executed purchase order.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to the Pennsylvania State Police Procurement & Supply Warehouse located at 101A South 38th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17111.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have all required state and federal licenses necessary to sell firearms and must attach copies of these licenses with their bid submission. If a bidder is not the original manufacturer, they must provide a Manufacturer's Authorization Letter stating they are authorized to provide the OEM's equipment and services required by this IFB.
