Work Details
The contract will encompass the provision of Professional Broadcast, AV, and Multi-Media Equipment including but not limited to:
- Video production equipment
- Editing and post-production tools
- Digital still photography equipment
- Video/audio signal processing tools
- Video routers and servers
- Digital asset management (DAM) systems
- Media asset management (MAM) systems
- Digital signage solutions
- AV conference/training room setups
- Displays, monitors, projectors, acoustic and audio solutions.
Additionally, the contract includes installation, maintenance, and upgrades of the aforementioned equipment.
Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract is set for 3 years with two optional one-year renewal periods.
Place of Performance
The services and delivery of products will be performed within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as specified by the using agencies.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with specific participation goals for Small Diverse Businesses (SDB) at 14% and Veteran Business Enterprises (VBE) at 3%. Bidders must also be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized reseller of at least one mandatory OEM listed in the solicitation. Additionally, bidders are required to submit a Manufacturer Authorization Letter on OEM letterhead if they are resellers. All bidders must adhere to Section 889 of the 2019 National Defense Authorization Act which prohibits certain telecommunications equipment from being offered.
